FUDGY BROWNIES 
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). Melt chocolate and butter in large bowl in microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla until completely mixed. Mix in flour until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not over bake. Makes 24 fudgy brownies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
