SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
3 more c. flour

FILLING:

1 stick butter
Cinnamon
Brown sugar
Pecans

ICING:

Powdered sugar
Water

Mix 2 cups flour, granulated sugar, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Combine 1 1/4 cups milk and 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan. Heat to 112 degrees. Add to yeast mixture. Add 2 eggs, one at a time. When dough is mixed thoroughly, add 3 more cups of flour. Knead lightly. Put in bowl and let double, about 2 hours. Pinch dough down. Let rest 10 minutes.

Roll out into a large rectangles. Spread 1 stick melted butter and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon, brown sugar and pecan chips. Roll up, jelly roll fashion and slice about 1/2 inch thick. Place pinwheels on greased cookie sheet and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until brown. Ice with powdered sugar icing as desired. Can be frozen. Makes 24 rolls.
