FAMILY TOMATO BURGER 
1 1/4 lbs. ground meat (beef)
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 tomatoes

In large bowl, combine ground meat, onions, mustard and parsley. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Stir in cornstarch. Blend well. Add tomato soup, half & half and cottage cheese. Turn meat mixture into a greased 1 1/4 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Put tomato slices on top the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
