PULIGI ESI (PAPAYA PUDDING) 
6 papayas
1/4 fresh pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Tapioca or cornstarch

Peel and seed papayas. Add pineapple and sugar and cook on low fire for 1 hour stirring constantly to prevent burning. Let cool. To 1 cup of papaya mixture add 1 cup cooked tapioca or 1/2 package cornstarch. Add vanilla and put in oiled pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes to 1 hour or until done. Serve with coconut milk.
