CHICKEN PICCATA 
Boneless chicken breasts
Flour
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mushrooms
Combined pinch of salt, pepper, sugar

Take boneless breast of chicken; fan with knife, making small slits to spread breast out. Dredge in flour and brown on both sides in butter. Remove from pan and add 1/2 cup wine, lemon juice, mushrooms, combined pinch of salt, pepper and sugar. Return chicken to pan and simmer about 10 minutes, covered, until sauce slightly thickens.
