CHICKEN PICCATA 
4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 egg
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1/2 c. boiling water

I leave my chicken breasts on the bone if I don't have a lot of time and they are still delicious. Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in flour mixture. In skillet brown chicken in butter. Dissolve bouillon in water, add remaining lemon juice to skillet. Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish as desired.
