CHICKEN POT PIE 
1/2 c. onion
1/3 stick butter
2 c. water
1/3 c. flour
Dash of salt
2 c. cooked chicken (can)
1/2 c. peas and carrots (or vegetable of your choice)
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Saute 1/2 cup onion in 1/3 cup butter. Add flour, water and salt; stir over low heat until thick. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Mix milk and Bisquick. Drop by spoonfuls on top. Bake 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
