BEEF BARBECUES 
5 lb. beef roast
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook meat until tender. Cool and cut into small pieces. Cook onion until tender. Add rest of ingredients except meat and simmer 15 minutes. Then add meat and heat through. Enough for 24 buns. May be cooked in crock pot for better flavor. Can be made ahead, frozen and rewarmed.
