SPINACH SOUFFLE 
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, cubed
1 1/2 c. American mild cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredient in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
