MEXICAN ROLL-UPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
1 tbsp. chopped onions (optional)
Dash of garlic powder
Flour tortillas
Salsa

Mix cream cheese, chilies, onions and garlic powder. Spread thin layer over tortillas. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut in bite-size pieces. Use salsa as a dip for roll-ups.
