PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans pineapple tidbits (with juice)
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter

Combine pineapple, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and top with cheese, then with the cracker crumbs. Pour batter over crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
