SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
1/3 c. butter, room temperature
1 tbsp. Ril-Sweet
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, all-purpose
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or mace

Combine butter, Ril-Sweet, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Sift flour, salt, soda and spice together. Add to first mixture. Drop from teaspoon on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 30-36 cookies. 52 calories each.
