2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
Flour

Cream sugar, salt and shortening. Add the unbeaten eggs and mix well. Add the flavoring. Mix soda in sour cream and add to creamed mixture. Then add enough sifted flour to make a soft dough and chill 1 hour. Roll out and cut in any shape desired. Bake 350 degree oven until lightly browned. (These burn easily.)
