1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 c. flour

Cream sugar, shortening, vanilla and eggs. Then stir in sour cream, baking powder and flour with a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 7-8 minutes or until done.
