HO HO BARS 
1 chocolate cake mix

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Put in jelly roll pan. Cool.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Crisco

Combine milk and flour. Cook until thick. Set aside to cool. Combine sugar, butter and Crisco. Beat for 7 minutes. When filling is cooled, add to sugar-Crisco mixture and whip until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Bring sugar, milk and butter to boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Cool and frost bars.
