G'S COLLARD GREENS | |
3 lbs. greens 1 ham hock 2 tbsp. lard 1 tsp. salt 3 c. water Place ham hock and cut up collard greens in a pressure cooker. Add lard, salt and sugar and 3 cups water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain off liquid and chop with vegetable cutter. Delicious. |
