CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. finely grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Beat well. Mix together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Needs no frosting because it is very moist and tender.
