POTATO SOUP 
6 lg. potatoes
2 cubes chicken broth
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped green onions
6 slices fried crisp bacon

Cook potatoes and chicken broth cubes until tender. Add sour cream, cheese, butter, onion, and crumbled bacon. Let simmer until all ingredients are melted.
