SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lb. ground beef
5 tsp. quick salt (Morton's)
2 1/2 tsp. whole black peppers
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. hickory salt

Mix well each day (refrigerate) for three days. On the fourth day, shape into loaves and bake 8-10 hours at 150 degrees. Turn during baking.
