SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
18 eggs
2 c. milk
3 c. shredded sharp cheese (12 oz.)
3 c. garlic/onion flavored croutons
18 tomato slices

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Skin sausage and cook until brown. Drain. Place sausage in greased 9x13 dish. Beat eggs and milk. Add cheese and pour over sausage. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato slices. Serves 18.
