SAUSAGE SKILLET SCRAMBLE 
1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage, cut into slices
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or butter

Saute sausage, onions, and apples in oil in a large skillet until onions and apple slices are tender, stirring constantly. Makes 4 servings.
