GREEN BEAN SALAD 
1 onion, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. can pimiento, drained
2 c. canned green beans, drained
1 can peas, drained
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
Salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
