3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
Dash of salt
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In microwave oven, combine chips and milk. Heat 3 minutes on high. Stir in salt, nuts and vanilla. Spread onto wax paper to cool. Cut into squares.
