1 pkg. (3 oz.) each raspberry, lime and black cherry gelatin
Prepare gelatin in separate bowls, according to package directions, reducing cold water to 1/2 cup instead of 1 cup so gelatin will be firm. Place in separate pans to set. 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. canned pineapple juice 2 c. whipped cream Vanilla wafers, crushed (reserve some for top)
Bring pineapple juice to boil. Add gelatin and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until syrupy. Add 2 cups whipped cream. Cut the firm gelatin into 1/2 inch cubes. Carefully fold gelatin cubes into gelatin and whipped cream mixture.
