3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and vanilla. Add to creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 12 minutes. Frost when cool with 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla frosting.
