SUPER SUPPER DIP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 can diced green chilies
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped black olives, if desired
Tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir beef and onions in a large skillet until brown; drain. Spoon half of the beans into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with half each of beef mixture, chilies, salsa and cheese. Repeat with remaining beans, beef mixture, chilies, salsa and cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Top with additional sour cream, green onions and olives, if desired. Serve with chips.
