DOWN-IN-THE-DUMPS PUDDING 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. milk
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. chopped nuts

Spread mixture in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. cocoa

Sprinkle over top of batter.

3 1/2 c. hot water

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
