STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
Split 6 zucchini lengthwise. Scoop out center and simmer in butter until wilted. Add salt and pepper and basil to taste. Brown Italian sausage (or hamburger), about 1 pound. Mix simmered zucchini with sausage and:

1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cream (milk)

Stuff zucchini. Put tomato paste on top and baste with white wine (optional). Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
