RANGER COOKIES 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. oatmeal

Cream shortening and add sugars, vanilla and eggs. Mix until light. Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda sifted together. Add oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut. Make into small balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes a large batch!
