RANGER COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream shortening; add sugar gradually. Add well beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt and baking powder to first mixture and mix well. Add oatmeal and Rice Krispies. Mix well. Mold into size of walnut. Press slightly on cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven about 12 minutes.
