VEGETABLE MAKHANWALA 
4 oz. French beans
4 oz. cauliflower
4 oz. carrots
1 c. green peas
3 potatoes
3 onions
1 c. fresh cream
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. butter

1. Deep fry potatoes in oil.

2. Boil beans, carrots, cauliflower and peas.

3. Mix cream, flour, milk and ketchup.

4. Put butter in pan and fry sliced onions until light brown.
