CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Dash pepper
Dash nutmeg
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Melt butter in medium pan. Soften onion in butter. Add milk. Over medium heat, add cream cheese until melted. Add pepper and nutmeg. Add Velveeta until melted. Cook and drain broccoli. Add to saucepan mixture.
