TURKEY DIVAN | |
1 1/2 c. very hot water 1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces 1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (6 oz.) 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) chopped broccoli 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. sherry wine About 3/4 lb. sliced turkey 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Combine hot water, butter and contents of vegetable-seasoning packet in bowl; stir until butter is melted. Add stuffing crumbs and stir until moistened. Prepare broccoli as directed on package, drain. Combine soup, milk and sherry in saucepan and bring to a boil. Place broccoli in shallow 2 quart baking dish. Add a layer of turkey and top with the stuffing. Pour soup mixture over stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings |
