HAMBURGER FLUFFS 
1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lg. minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of marjoram
2 slices bread
1 beaten egg
1 sm. (5 oz.) can evaporated milk

Soak bread in egg and milk. Then mix all together and let stand and cool in refrigerator. Make into meatballs. Brown in butter and simmer in beef broth or bouillon cubes in water until done. Thicken and serve over rice or mashed potatoes. You may use as meatballs for any recipe.
