CHICKEN SOPA 
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 can (12 oz.) Pet milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 chicken
Cheddar cheese to taste

Boil chicken. Debone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces. In 9 x 13 inch pan pour tortilla chips in bottom of pan. Press chips with hand to even out. (Just a little, do not crumble.)

In large mixing bowl mix chicken pieces, Pet milk and both cans of soup (undiluted). Pour mixture over chips. Grate cheese and put over top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly, approximately 15-20 minutes.
