VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 broccoli bunch
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 sm. head cauliflower

MARINADE SAUCE:

1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tsp. poppy seed

Break up broccoli and cauliflower into bite sizes. Cut bell pepper into small pieces, cut up mushrooms. Mix sauce, pour over vegetables. Marinade for 2 or more hours. You may add pimento pieces for color. Good eating.
