BARBECUED BEEF 
5 lbs. chuck roast
14 oz. ketchup
1 pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper

Place chuck roast in roaster. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over roast and cover roaster. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. After 5 hours, remove roast and allow to cool slightly. Pull meat apart with fingers or forks and remove any fat or gristle. Return meat to roaster; stir into sauce. Return to oven and bake for another hour. Serve on fresh sandwich buns.
