1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn (2 1/2 c. fresh corn) 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (2 1/2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped) 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs 1 tsp. salt Dash black pepper 1 tsp. sugar 3 tbsp. melted butter TOPPING: 1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/3 c. coarse cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter Mix the first ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkle the topping over. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8. |
