QUICK STOLLEN 
1 can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Arrange crescent rolls on cookie sheet with small side of 2 triangles together forming diamond. Then place other 3 diamonds side by side. Stretch gently until about 4 inches dough form center. Cream remaining ingredients until fluffy. Pour down center of stollen. Fold ends over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
