1 lb. boneless chicken 1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash 1 tbsp. butter 1 med. onion 1 pkg. frozen oriental vegetables 2 tbsp. soy sauce For the person that needs to fix a quick meal on the run, this dish is for you! Add butter and chopped onions to hot wok or stir fry skillet. Add boneless chicken. Add seasoning and stir toss ingredients. Add frozen vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes until done. Add soy sauce. Serve over cooked rice. Variations: Meat-fish-poultry-slivered almonds, noodles/pasta add soy sauce. |
