CAJUN RUBBED FISH NUGGETS 
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp crushed peppercorns
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp finely crushed fennel seeds

Brush BBQ grill with oil. Turn to medium high. Place Cajun Rub and 1 pound of fish nuggets in a paper bag. Shake until pieces are well coated. Thread onto pre-soaked skewers. Cook on hot grill for 3 - 5 minutes each side. Serve with lemon wedges, as an appetizer for 4 or as a main dish for 2.
