STEAK ROLL 
1 full cut round steak
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. bouillon
1/2 c. broth of mushrooms
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 beaten egg

Pound steak well and place steak a layer of mushrooms, onion and dressing. Mix eggs and butter; pour dressing. Roll steak jelly roll fashion and tie. Place in pan. Pour bouillon over steak. Cover completely with foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
