PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground round
1/2 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato sauce

Mix hamburger meat, rice, salt and pepper in bowl. Make 1 inch meat balls. Add meat balls to tomato sauce in pan. Be sure meat balls are covered with sauce. Cover pan with lid. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with mashed potatoes and corn.
