STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. light red wine
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. strawberries, hulled and pureed
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c. sour cream

Combine water, wine, sugar and lemon juice. Boil 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add strawberries and boil 10 minutes more, stirring frequently. Cool to lukewarm. Combine whipped cream and sour cream and fold into strawberry mixture. Chill well.
