STRAWBERRY SOUP 
4 c. fresh strawberries
1 scant c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Rose wine

Blend berries and sugar in blender; add sour cream and wine. Garnish with dollop of sour cream and a half strawberry and fresh mint.

NOTE: Substitute 1 (16 ounce) package of frozen strawberries and cut amount of sugar to 1/2 cup.
