STRAWBERRY SOUP 
2 c. strawberries
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind (opt.)
1/2 c. cooked tapioca pudding

Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Chill and serve cold. Serves 6.

16 ounces frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup water may be substituted.
