FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head of cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook whole cauliflower in glass dish, with about 2 tablespoons water, covered with saran wrap. Season as desired. In a 2 cup glass measuring cup or bowl mix mayonnaise, salt and mustard; heat 1 minute. Spread over cooked cauliflower. Sprinkle with grated cheese and heat 1 minute until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
