CORNMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour, sifted
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter

Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder; add milk, beaten eggs and butter. Bake in well greased muffin pans in hot oven, 425 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
