FROSTED JELLO 
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. of sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. of juice (any kind of fruit juice)
4 oz. of cream cheese
Tub of Cool Whip
Jello (any kind or variety)

Make up Jello in a 9 x 13 inch pan (any size will do). In a saucepan, cook egg, sugar, flour, butter and juice at low to medium heat until mixture thickens. Then add cream cheese until it melts. Take mixture off the heat and let it cool. When it is cool, fold in the Cool Whip. Frost the Jello.
