BLONDIES II 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Melt butter, add sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually, mix well. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut in bars. Makes 48.
